About
I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3 years of experience working as a 3D Designer / CAD Modeler in the automotive sector. I am highly proficient in CATIA V5 and SolidWorks, with strong hands-on experience in complex mechanical and plastic part design. Currently, I work as Assistant Vehicle Performance Manager (Adjoint RPV) at Stellantis 🚗, where I am responsible for leading and monitoring Integration and Validation Plans (PIV) for three major projects: O2X (series life), O2K & Make Chassis, and O2 MCA. In this role, I have managed and coordinated more than 170 test resources, ensuring proper planning, allocation, compliance, and validation in line with project milestones. I actively contribute to vehicle ramp-up phases and to maintaining high vehicle quality in an industrial, high-stakes environment. On a daily basis, I design and modify complex plastic parts, from negotiating Class A and Class B surfaces and performing draft analyses, to developing associated Body-in-White (BIW) structures. I am also skilled in Shape Design, Sheet Metal Design, and Reverse Engineering, and I rely on a strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, machining, stamping, and sheet metal forming to deliver optimized, cost-effective, and industrializable designs. I am an expert in functional dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) 📏 and can produce drawings according to multiple international standards, including ISO 286, ISO 1302, and ASME Y14.5. I also have experience in FEM/FEA simulations, allowing me to validate my designs in terms of mechanical strength, durability, and reliability criteria. I fully understand the importance of design quality within an engineering office and the necessity of delivering useful, high-quality, and reliable results. My work with Boolean operations is well recognized, and I am experienced in creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) in both CATIA V5 and SolidWorks. Throughout my professional experience, I have frequently collaborated with external agencies and multidisciplinary teams 🤝. Meeting deadlines is one of my core values, and I consistently strive to deliver high-quality, original designs that are easy to industrialize and closely aligned with client needs. 🛠Technical Skills Design & modification of complex plastic parts (Class A & B surfaces, draft analysis, etc.) Body-in-White (BIW) structural design (CATIA V5) GD&T application (ISO 286, ISO 1302, ASME Y14.5) Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, plastic injection, sheet metal) Shape Design expertise (CATIA V5) Sheet Metal Design (CATIA V5 & SolidWorks) FEM / FEA simulations and analysis (CATIA V5) Reverse Engineering (CATIA V5 & SolidWorks) Advanced Boolean operations (CATIA V5 & SolidWorks) BOM creation for mechanical systems KPI monitoring and performance indicators 📊", give a new description that show the client il able to help them and resolve ther problemes and ihave great skills and talent in this filds, i need you to give a description to sell my valu for ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒ and freelance field
